As excited and pleased as I am with what’s been created do click on all the tabs to discover what’s included… remember though, updates will/can occur often, so don’t just click once on a tab, come back and revisit. My belief is that everything is always in a state, a process of growing, improving. As a result of that belief, the website will probably always be ‘under construction’. But the purpose for the change is to engage you, the reader, with the website. Each week, to challenge and help you refine you, I will provide a weekly ‘thought’. It may be part of a post or an excerpt from one of my books or… The reason, purpose is to tease your thinking to wonder or consider and see where/if it applies to you.
I tend to operate on the basis that no one has built the very best mousetrap – improvements are our way of growing. Besides, dialogue is far more fun than monologuing (definitely a word… or should be). It’s all good. Do remember that, just like this site, we all are a work in progress. And that life and learning are adventures.

Weekly Thought
God pleaser?
Are you a God pleaser? Consciously? How do you know? Do you Do and say those things that would be pleasing to Him? Do you want to Be pleasing? Does it matter? How do you know you are pleasing? Have you looked into His book, the Bible, to discover what pleases Him, what He considers important? Obviously you don’t need to be pleasing, that is always your choice, but if it is important… do you act on it?
Be-ing pleasing is never a ‘goodie two-shoes’ or ‘brown-nosing’ activity. It always has to be an intentional, integral, and purposeful decision – who you are, what you do, and how you go about Be-ing and Do-ing in the world you live in. I would argue that it takes enormous confidence and strength to be a God pleaser. You can’t go against His standards. You can’t be cavalier about who and what you are and do in the day. You do have to be intentional and not succumb to the possible ridicule by others or equivocate your stand to be other people-acceptable. It really depends on Who you want to please, because I would also argue that it is inevitable to not be a pleaser… to someone, thing.

My Latest Book Release
The following is an excerpt from: ABIDE
Do you know what ‘abide’ means (some translations begin this verse with ‘Abide’ and some with ‘Remain’). To me, remain signifies a condition/state that has already been attained. So we already are in position to experience the intent of these verses – being fruitful. However, the caution is to remain/abide in this. We have to do the act consciously, intentionally.
Also, consider the condition of those who do NOT remain. 1- we can do nothing and 2- we are thrown out where we wither and die. The end result is that we are thrown into fire and burned. Obviously, we don’t want this result. AND yes… we choose. The verse clearly state that WE are to remain. We choose. We can either bear fruit … or not.
